Possible New Covers for The Cold Wife and An Unlikely Place for Love

Update on the progress for making the three books contemporary romances….

I’ve decided to call the series Virginia Brides.  Why?  Because when I see ‘Bride’ in a series or a title, I’m more likely to read the description on the book.  I also decided I want to put brides on the front covers.  Now that I can use contemporary pictures (which are so much easier to find than historical looking ones), I’ve decided to sort through some contemporary bride pictures in my search for new covers, except for An Inconvenient Marriage because I already love that cover.

I am up to chapter 13 in An Inconvenient Marriage and think the minor changes are going along really well.

So there’s that cover.

Now, I am going to change the other two in the series.  Romancing Adrienne will probably remain a historical, so it is no longer a part of the series.

Okay.  Here are some ideas for An Unlikely Place for Love and The Cold Wife.  Some pictures are blurry because I didn’t buy them.  I copied them and put the title and name on them to get an idea of what they would look like as a book cover.  I do this when I’m running tests on book covers.  So they might be blurry, but you should be able to get an idea of what they’d look like if I chose that particular picture (and yes, I am allowed to do this for test purposes according the sites’ terms and conditions).

Let me know if any of these covers screams, ‘You must read me!’  😀
