Finished the First Draft to Shotgun Groom and New Word Count Goals

Done!

I just finished the first draft to Shotgun Groom!  I spent all day yesterday and this morning on it.  I didn’t write anything else.  I’m so excited.  I don’t drink wine, but I like to imagine the symbolic toast for finishing another book.  Now comes the hard work of editing and smoothing out the rough edges.

So, Shotgun Groom will be published next month, but I am not sure of the day yet.  I am aiming for around the 15th.

Because of this, I have moved To Have and To Hold to the “current work in progress” slot to the right of this blog.

Adjusting Word Count Goals

Isaac’s Decision will now be at 1000 words a day, Her Heart’s Desire will remain at 500 words a day until I get through this week (I’m doing round 1 of edits and will send it to my content editor by next Monday).  At that time, I’ll bump Her Heart’s Desire to 500 – 1000 words a day.  To Have and To Hold will be 500 words a day.  Bound by Honor, Bound by Love will stay at 100 words a day.

😀  I’m so excited!
