I have two people currently looking at this book. One is proofing it, and the other is editing it. The one who is editing has a lot of obligations going on this week and will be on vacation next week, so for the next two weeks, she won’t be looking over the book at all. I don’t her to feel rushed when she’s going through my book because when people are rushed, they don’t do as well on a project.
So let’s aim for mid-October for publishing Bound by Honor, Bound by Love. If it gets pushed further back, I’ll let you know. 😀
Some things are worth waiting for, right? 😉
That’s what I figure. I try not to rush getting a book out there if I can have another person check it over for errors. It’s easier to fix problems before a book is published. 😀
Looking forward to reading the third book. I hope you will also eventually have the paperback so I can buy it and put it together with the first two books.
I’ve started on my next romance novella. It’s the story of one of the characters that appears in Lilac in the Spring (the heroine’s best friend, Jenny). I don’t remember if I gifted you the e-book of Lilac in the Spring. If I didn’t, let me know. Also, as soon as the paperbacks are ready, I’ll send you a copy. Ruth, I know how busy you are, so never feel obliged to read what you don’t want to. I am always happy to send you copies of my work, just to know that my favorite author has my work.
I Look forward to Bound by Honor, Bound by Love. All the best, your fan and fellow writer, DorothyPaula 🙂
I already ordered the paperback. 😀 I love the plot, esp. since the heroine isn’t Barbie doll perfect. It’s on my “To Read” list. I like reading your books, but I’m so slow at reading that it feels like it takes me forever to get to the books on my list. I don’t know how people can read a book in a day.
Did you get my comment about Sunset in Paradise? I told my husband he should read it. That was one of the most touching stories I’ve ever read. Also your fan and fellow writer, Ruth. 😀
Thank you, Ruth, for your inspiring comments. I had missed your previous comment, but just looked it up. The way you felt as you read it, is exactly what I felt as I wrote it. The thought of Jesus welcoming me into his arms at the end of my life, is what keeps me going, especially when life’s problems threaten to depress and overwhelm. Your writing always gives me hope for a better, kinder world. God Bless you and yours, and thanks again for your inspiring comments. All the best and peace of mind and spirit, and lotsa hugs. 🙂
I’m glad I mentioned it then. 😀 I think we have a bright future ahead of us. 😀
Just a note to let you know, how inspired I am by your dedication to keep writing and growing. Thanks
Thanks, Barb. 😀
