An Unlikely Place for Love
Kate Tanner is getting more than she bargained for in this “woman disguised as a man” romance. Fleeing from her parents’ killers, she disguises herself as Billy Ingram and leaves the big city Virginia life to work on a remote farm out in the middle of nowhere, North Dakota where the handsome, but aloof, Chad Walker hires her as a farmhand. Between trying to prove that she can handle the more demanding farm chores and trying to fit in with the other farmhands, she has her work cut out for her.

I am so glad I came across your books/novels. I have read one of them, ‘An Unlikely Place for Love’ and almost done with a second story of ‘Romancing Adrienne’ and both are very good, but really enjoyed the first book the best and cannot wait to get to the next book. You should write TV and movie scripts for a couple of new shows based in the 1800s and early 1900s like ‘Little House on the Praire’ and ‘The Waltons’, and even another ‘Gone with the Wind’ movie but have different characters, motives, plots, etc.; it would be totally great! …or at least teach the new TV series and movies script writers the art of story-telling in writing good stories, besides basing it all on awful things/garbage/vulgarness, etc. and calling it comedy and then calling themselves a script writer. They first need to have skill and talent like you have of story-telling and incoporate the image that they get in their mind using their imagination, like the reader gets from reading, that brings out the story that your read into a full image in your mind as if you are right there and watching it in your mind using your imagination, and then transfer that to the TV/movie screen.
I have read very few books, some of Charlotte Bronte and Edith Wharton and now your books, and your books are the best. Might need a little advice from you as to who would be a good author to start reading that has about the same style as you, so that when I am done reading all of your books, I can pick up with someone else, but please keep up the great work you do and keep the books coming, and take care!

Thank you, Michele. I’m very honored. 🙂 Early on when I was writing, I learned that if I can’t see a book as a movie playing out in my mind, then it wasn’t worth writing. If I can see it as a movie and feel the same emotions as the characters, then the book will fall apart and I can’t finish it.
