Quick Update about the New Release Email List

I was going to do an interview with Christopher tonight, but I ended up spending all morning publishing The Earl’s Scandalous Wife (at last check, it’s not live on Amazon or B&N yet).  Then I spent all afternoon and evening working through emails.  So Christopher will just have to wait and if he doesn’t like it, I can send him to Lord Roderick’s to clean out some stalls. 😀

Last month when Bride by Arrangement came out, I scheduled the new release list for a day out and it never got sent. I have no idea why. I tried rescheduling and it didn’t work either.  t will try sending out the list for The Earl’s Scandalous Wife once it’s live on Amazon and B&N (B&N usually takes the longest but usually only by a day).  Instead of scheduling it to be sent out in advance, I’ll just have it go out right away.

Hopefully tomorrow I can bring Christopher in so he can nag—I mean delight me—with whatever he wants to say.

Dear Ruth, Hooray. It’s here. My favorite hero finds love! I’ve purchased a Kindle copy and when it is available will purchase the paperback. Okay, here is some urgent news, while my inner ear allows me to: I’ll be mostly offline for a while. My husband had to go in for lung surgery – 12 hour surgery. The schraple from when he was a child and was hurt in Italy by a granade camouflaged to resemble playing ball during the mid forties, finally infected the lower part of his right lung. They had to remove a third of his bottom right lung. And, of course, stress set off my vertigo problem. My son and family are all helping us. The good news is that Domenick came through the surgery well and is in the hospital healing. So please say I prayer that we both get well. I’ll be home and when my vertigo allows will check the computer. In the meantime, God bless you all and much success with all your wonderful books. Keep ’em coming. Lotsa hugs to all. Dorothy Paula

    • I read this shortly after you posted (but am just now in my blog to comment). You and my husband are in my prayers. Try to get as much rest as you can. I know that’s easier said than done. Lots of hugs to you, too, and hope to hear good news next time we talk. 😀
